I’ve been informed that if I’m gonna have a “Who Am I” page, I should actually say something about myself and not be so vague. Hmmmm….
Okay, I can do that…
First of all I’m not a hippie…I am a Bohemian though. According to the American Heritage Dictionary, a Bohemian is: “A person with artistic or literary interests who disregards conventional standards of behavior.” Yeah, that’s pretty much me, forever the non-conformist.
The name “Bohemian Hippie Chick” was given to me by a relative. It was intended as in insult, because I have dreadlocks (had dreadlocks)…(restarted the dreadlocks!!!), practice yoga, belly dance, burn incense and like to write. According to this close-minded relative, I’m weird! So, the best thing that I could do for her was embrace the nickname she so graciously bestowed upon me…..Ha ha!! I flipped it on her! 
I am a true lover of music…any kind of music(almost). I prefer house music, world music, jazz, reggae…and despise country western.
I live in Charlotte, NC (hate it here)…I was born somewhere in Northern New Jersey…I’m a retired Army Brat, so I was raised in quite a few places.
That’s me in a nutshell….
Oh yeah…I absolutely and completely hate taking pictures! Because of that, the picture of me on this page will probably change daily (sometimes multiple times). Even though I hate taking pictures, I seem to have a million of them…go figure! For some reason I can never find a picture of me that I really like…gonna start posting pics of my favorite dog instead!
